About Seung Han (Aaron) Shin

Mr. Shin is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School. Since graduation, Mr. Shin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joseph P. Perfilio, J.S.C., in Union County, New Jersey, and as an associate at a litigation law firm in Morristown, New Jersey. Since 2010, Mr. Shin has been in private practice, serving clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Employment law, Family Law and Municipal court, including traffic offenses, DWI and criminal matters. He currently serves as the Public Defender in Edgewater, New Jersey. Mr. Shin has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in the various state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey.
